    Available for Free (no subscription required)

    The following publications are available for free without a subscription:

  • How can I find a specific title?

    There are several ways you can search for a publication title.

    Search by Title

    Select Search on the green menu bar and enter a title in the box labeled "Search Publication Titles." As you type, suggested titles will appear below the search box. Choose one of these titles or click the search icon to see a full list of relevant titles.

    Browse Titles Alphabetically or by Collection

    To browse an alphabetical list of publication titles, select Read on the green menu bar and then select Titles A-Z. To browse by collection, choose any of the other options on the Read menu.

    Filter Lists by Title

    All the publications lists can be filtered by title except for the lists of Collected Works, which are ordered by volume. To filter by title, select Read on the green menu bar. Then select one of the lists on the Read menu, type a keyword from the publication title, and click Filter. The list will be filtered by titles that include that keyword.

  • Where can I find outlines from recent conferences and trainings?

    Outlines from recent conferences and trainings are available as PDFs and can be found at www.lsm.org/outlines. They are indexed by year. You can also search for the outlines using specific words or phrases on the lsm.org site search, filtering the results by outlines.

    Outline results will open on www.lsm.org.

  • What publications can I listen to?

    At this time, the audiobook feature on ministrybooks.org is available for only The Collected Works of Witness Lee and the Life-studies.

Login Problems

  • I cannot sign in to my account.

    If you cannot remember your username and/or password, you can use the Forgot username or Forgot password forms to retrieve your username and reset your password.

  • I cannot find the email with my temporary password.

    If you are having trouble finding the email with your temporary password, here are a few things to try:

    1. Check your spam folder to see if the email is there. The email is sent from “no-reply@lsm.org” and the subject line of the email says “LSM Ministry Books site - Password reset.”
    2. Search your emails for “from:no-reply@lsm.org” or by subject line (see above).
    3. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you are looking at the email account that you used to sign up for your Ministry Books account.
    4. If you are unable to find the email, you may fill out the form on the Forgot password page to have the email resent to you.

    Note: Once you receive your temporary password, please change your password. Click Account > Account Information and then the Change Password button. (Also see How do I change my password? for more information.)

  • How do I change my password?

    To change your password, first sign in to your account.

    1. Go to Account on the green menu bar and click Account Information.
    2. In the User Information box select Change Password.

    3. In the form on the Change Password page, enter your current password, and then create a new password for your account. Retype the new password and click Submit.

  • Why was I signed out of my account?

    You may have been signed out for one of the following reasons:

    1. You can only be logged in to your account from two devices at the same time. When you log in to your account from a third device, you will be signed out on the first device.
    2. You will automatically be signed out on any device that does not access the website for thirty-six hours.
  • Can I use my account on multiple devices?

    Yes, you can use your account on multiple devices. However, you can only be logged in to your account from two devices at the same time. When you log in to your account from a third device, your oldest login session will be terminated.

Subscriptions and Payment

  • How much does a subscription cost?

    There are two subscription plans: a monthly plan and a yearly plan. A monthly subscription costs $8.00, and a yearly subscription costs $80.00.

  • How do I finish setting up my subscription?

    If you created an account but have not finished setting up your subscription, follow these instructions:

    1. Sign in to your account. You should be taken directly to the second step of the process to choose your subscription type. Select either a monthly or an annual subscription and then click the Next button. (If you are not automatically taken to “Step Two” when you sign in, click Account, select Account Information, and click the Start a Subscription button.

    2. Next, click the Enter Payment Details button.

    3. A window will open explaining that you are being taken to a form that is hosted by Authorize.net to enter your payment details. Click OK to continue.

    4. On the Authorize.net page, click the Add a New Payment Method link in the upper right corner.

    5. Fill out the “Add Payment Profile” form and then click the SAVE button.

    6. If your card and billing information are validated, the form will close. Click Finished, and you will be taken back to your Account Information page on ministrybooks.org. You should now have an active subscription.

  • How do I change my subscription type (annual or monthly)?

    To change your subscription type:

    1. Sign in to your account. Go to Account > Account Information. In the Subscription section, click the Change Subscription Type button.

    2. In the Subscription Type drop-down list, select the kind of subscription you want (annual or monthly). Then click the Submit button. The change will take effect on your next payment cycle.

  • How do I update my payment information?

    To update your payment information, sign in to your account. Go to Account > Account Information. In the Payment Information section click the Update Payment Information button.

  • What happens if my credit card expires?

    Your subscription fee will be charged to your credit card at the beginning of your subscription cycle. If your credit card has expired or cannot be charged at the beginning of a subscription cycle, you will not have access to the paid features of the site.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription, sign in to your account. Go to Account > Account Information. In the Subscription section, click the Cancel My Subscription button.

    You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your current subscription month or year.

  • Book Navigation

    On ministrybooks.org each publication is divided into chapters, and each chapter is divided into sections. To navigate to a particular chapter and section, use the drop-down lists on the reader toolbar. To go to the next or previous chapter, use the double-arrow buttons. To go to the next or previous section, use the single-arrow buttons.

  • Publication Information

    Click the icon on the reader toolbar to view publication information (including author, ISBN, LSM catalog number) and find links to purchase the publication in print, as an eBook, and as an audiobook.

  • Changing the Font Size

    You can change the size of the text you are reading by clicking the font size icon on the toolbar.

  • Search for a Page Number*

    Page numbers matching the print editions of the Collected Works collections, the Life-studies, and The Conclusion of the New Testament are included in the text on ministrybooks.org.

    If you have a subscription, you can search for page numbers within the text. Click on the page number search icon and enter a page number to jump to that location.

  • Marking a Publication Complete*

    If you have a subscription, you can mark a publication as complete when you finish reading it. To mark it complete, tap the checkmark icon on the toolbar.

    Go to Account > Completed Titles to see a full list of all the publications you have finished reading and the date each was completed. If needed, you can also delete a completed title from this list.

  • Bookmarks*

    If you have a subscription, you can add a bookmark to a publication to save your location.

    A bookmark can be added by clicking the bookmark icon in the toolbar and then clicking Set Bookmark. A bookmark can also be added by clicking the bookmark icon in the upper right corner of the page you are reading.

    Go to Account > Bookmarks to see and manage a full list of your bookmarks.

  • Highlighting Text*

    If you have a subscription, you can highlight text. The highlighter icon on the toolbar indicates the highlighter’s current color. Click the icon to change the color.

    You can click on highlighted text to change the color, remove the highlight, or copy the text of the highlighted portion.

  • Audio Player*

    If you have a subscription, you can listen to the audiobook of certain publications. Currently, the audio feature is available for only The Collected Works of Witness Lee and the first edition of the Life-studies..

    Open a publication, and select the chapter you would like to listen to. Click the audio icon on the toolbar.

    In the box that appears, you can choose to start at the beginning of a chapter or resume listening from where you left off.

  • Scripture Viewer

    Click on any of the Scripture reference links to view those verses at the bottom of your screen.

  • Search

    Click Search on the green menu bar. If you have a simple keyword search, enter it into the box labeled “Search Ministry Contents”, and click the green search icon . For more options click the Advanced Search button.
